Woodland Waters Spring Fling - Saturday April 16th
Woodland Waters is an upscale subdivision off of SR 19, just north of SR 50. We are having our first “Spring Fling” to homeowners only this Saturday (rain date Sunday). I am sure it will be a big hit. There will be face painting for the kids, a Car Show and Sun Trust Bank is sponsoring it with food and drink. Woodland Waters residents who can have a table also.
Julie and I are Team Tropic Hernado and we are going to have a table and give away some goodies! I am a five year resident of Woodland Waters and if you are not a resident, but are looking for an upscale subdivision with a home on 1/2 acre to over 1 acre parcels, please come in and drive around. It boasts a lake and tennis courts and our annual Homeowners fee is minimal fee of $143. It is deed restricted and the homes have to be over 2000 square feet of living. There are 405 homes and only 11 for sale presently.
I moved from Long Island, New York to Woodland Waters, Weeki Wachee, about six years ago and I love it!!! I feel like a found a piece of paradise! You need to see it to appreciate it!
