Woodland Waters, Weeki Wachee, Florida - Statistical Update
As of this morning, July 12th, the Hernando MLS shows that there are twelve active listings ranging from $239,999 to $499,900 and only one is a foreclosure (what a steal)!
Woodland Waters is located off of SR 19 in Weeki Wachee (also Brooksville address) in the County of Hernando. It is an upscale community where the homes must be at least 2,000 living square footage and on at least a 1/2 acre or more. It has a lake and tennis courts. There are approximatley 406 homes and the HOA is only $143 a YEAR.
The prices have significantly dropped, but the homes are still very well maintained. It is like another world when you come down the Boulevard.
