Win A $150,000 House if you are a Good Golfer - March 22nd in Hernando County
The Hernando Builders Association and the Spike Club are holding a Golf Tournament to win a home valued at $150,000. They are holding the event at the Dunes Golf Club at Seville which is located on SR 19 in Hernando County, Weeki Wachee, just south of the Citrus County borderline.
If you have confidence in your golf game, this is your chance. If you are the one to make a hole in one at the predetermined par 3 hole, you will win a house valued up to $150,000.
The cost per player is $100 and it is open to the general public. It is a four person team scramble with a shotgun start and includes lunch, cart, green fees, refreshments, beer, soda, and bottled water. Sounds like a deal to me!
You have to check in at 11 a.m. for lunch and tee-off is 12:30 p.m. There are 36 team slots available and it is on a first come first served basis. The deadline for entry and payment is March 22nd. That’s tomorrow.
This Hole in the One contest is the first of its kind for the Hernando Builders Association. The winner of the $150,000 house contest has a choice of options: a) an inventory home valued up to $150,000 built by one of the participating HBA builders; b) a new home valued up to $150,000 built on your lot in Hernando County by one of the HBA builders or c) build your dream home on your lot and put the $150,000 toward it and again built by one of the participating HBA builders. Of course all other fees like closing, federal income and property taxes are the responsibility of the winner. There are other guildelines.
The participating HBA builders are Artistic Homes, BJH Construction, Hartland Homes, Pastore, Ron King and Royal Coachman Homes.
